  • 4. Add Decorative Elements Once your greenery is in place, it’s time to embellish your wreath. Choose flowers, ribbons, or other decorative items that complement the greenery. Secure them using floral wire or hot glue, arranging them in clusters for visual interest.

  • In the world of culinary arts, innovation often drives the way we prepare and enjoy our food. One such innovation that has gained traction in recent years is the concept of the hanging cooking grate. This versatile cooking apparatus not only enhances flavor but also promotes healthier cooking practices and introduces a unique aesthetic to outdoor cooking.

  • 4. Easy Maintenance Grilling can often lead to messy cleanup, but round grill grates are generally designed for quick and easy maintenance. Their surface tends to be smoother, which makes cleaning easier and reduces the chances of food sticking during cooking. A simple brushing after grilling can keep your grate in good shape without extensive scrubbing.

  • I got into this field by spending 10 years working in Research & Development and Product Development test kitchens, testing new products and recipes. For nearly eight years, I was the Senior Culinary R&D Specialist at Weber headquarters, where all the grills are designed, engineered, and tested. I've helped launch numerous best-selling, top-rated grills across the globe (you should see my grill collection at home!). One of my proudest accomplishments happened years earlier, when I had the opportunity to visit the Good Housekeeping Institue in NYC after developing an award-winning Tropical Citrus Shrimp recipe that jumpstarted my career in test kitchens and food editing. Since then, I've worked at Serious Eats (one of my favorite food sites) and EatingWell as an updates editor. I'm passionate about both classic recipes and new, unique twists. I'm constantly learning and that's what makes food and cooking so fun (just ask me how to bake light and airy pavlovas on the grill – I've tested them countless times!).
  • Setup is typically a breeze, with many designs featuring simple assembly mechanisms that require minimal time and effort. With just a few steps, you can have your portable grill ready to cook. This ease does not sacrifice cooking performance, as many models heat up quickly and provide an even cooking surface. Some even come equipped with advanced features such as adjustable vents and grates, which help to regulate temperature and enhance grilling precision.
