Molded fiberglass grating is a fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) that combines fiberglass rovings with thermosetting resins to form a strong, one-piece molded panel. A 65% / 35% resin to glass weight ratio provides high corrosion resistance. Meniscus surfaces or applied grit surfaces provide slip resistance when compared to other flooring products. As the name suggests, molded grating is created on the mold; whereas pultruded grating is created by combining the pultruded profiles in the shape of grating. Molded fiberglass grating is a combination of thermosetting resin with fiberglass roving to create a strong one piece panel.

2.Conductive fiberglass grating
Fibergalss grating itself is an insulator, non conductive, non thermal conductivity, but in some specific places, it also has a conductive requirements. The detailed operation method is to eliminate the damage of static charge inoculation in the rock layer with a thickness of about 3~5mm. The conductive grating also has same characteristics  with traditional glass steel grille ,such as corrosion resistance, flame retardant,anti strike, skid resistance, light weight and practical in refinery and armaments manufacturing factory, high-tech industry, computer room, chemical plants, dry areas and underground mining operations.
